Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, in the same box and same exact condition that you received it in.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We limit exchanges to be done only one time per order. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Any item with a marked down or discounted price from the original is to be considered a SALE ITEM. Unfortunately there are no returns allowed for any items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, the item(s) will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
